Hello everyone!
Our Benfield Birdwatch is back from the 15th-31st January at Benfield Valley nature reserve. We have updated our online bird species checklist and made a printable checklist!
With so many of you taking part last time we were able to see how frequently certain bird species were spotted. We're very excited to see what you can spot this year!
Top tips for bird spotting:
Most birds are active throughout the day, but tend to be most active early morning and early evening
They are more likely to be seen on dryer days
Look around
Keep your ears open, you can identify birds by sound!
